The Family and Community Trust is a state-level board of directors comprised of the directors of eight state departments.  These directors are charged with improving the way government agencies collaborate with communities to more effectively meet the needs of children and families.  FACT is a support system for the community-level Caring Communities Partnerships and the neighborhood-level Caring Communities site councils.
